The Healthy Local Food exhibit within the Eco Experience at the State Fair is 12 days of learning opportunities, food sampling and FUN! With 365,000+ fair-goers coming through the building every year, there is a lot of excitement and opportunity to educate and engage about issues impacting our local food system. The Eco Experience (hosted by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency) is a huge exhibition hall filled with hands-on activities, demonstrations, and resources promoting health and sustainability.

The Healthy Local Food exhibit includes a series of educational kiosks, daily cooking demonstrations, local food sampling, and kids activities.
