This field day is a collaboration between UMN Extension, RTC Go Farm Connect, and SMIF. Held at Hlee and Txongpao Lee Farm , the field day will focus on low-cost pack shed upgrades, food safety improvements, postharvest handling, and considerations for entering into wholesale markets. This is a great opportunity to connect with University of Minnesota Extension and Go Farm Connect. We are excited to give people hands-on experience building out a low-cost pack shed, while sharing supply lists, budgets, and talking about postharvest and wholesale considerations.
