If you have whipping cream, make butter on this cold day! 

Pour a quarter cup or so into a sealed container, put on some music, and dance and shake. Pour off the buttermilk (my preschooler drank it), and spread on a cracker or bread. Talk about where milk comes from, and enjoy some fresh butter!
