Every year, we rely on the wonderful help of volunteers to create the Healthy Local Food exhibit in the Eco Experience! As of May 18th, 2020, we have not learned how the Minnesota State Fair plans to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, so we are only asking for volunteers to express their interest at this time.
