Interested in the idea of on-farm food service and just starting your research? Feeling a little overwhelmed by all the regulation and logistic detail? This Webinar is the perfect starting point for you as an introduction to the key issues involved with on-farm food service. From navigating your state’s regulation to marketing and logistics, this Webinar is the first-step, condensed overview to get you started.
This Webinar will be archived for on-line viewing and works as an expanded companion for the Come and Get it Manual. The Webinar will be offered in two versions, tailored to Minnesota and Wisconsin state regulations specifically. Attendees are welcome from any states and various topics covered will be universal to on-farm food service in any state – such as advertising – but please note we will only be covering Minnesota and Wisconsin regulations in these seminars at this time. Hopefully, with future grant funding, we can expand into other state support.
Presented by: Lisa Kivirist, Inn Serendipity & Rachel Armstrong, Executive Director, Farm Commons.
