Feast Local Foods Marketplace is back for the second year in Rochester, MN at the Mayo Civic Center. This year our industry only tradeshow will be on Friday, December 4th. On Saturday, December 5th, the doors will open to the public for the festival at 9AM.
December 4th, 2015- Tradeshow: This day is exclusively for food growers, makers, and buyers. The conference will offer a range of workshops, access to technical assistance, and plenty of opportunities for networking. Growers and foodmakers will gain information on expanding sales, accessing new markets, and scaling up their operations. Buyers will learn how to more effectively source more local and regional foods. (Not open to the general public).
December 5th, 2015- Festival: Farmers and foodmakers will showcase and sell their products at over 100 exhibit booths, chefs will demonstrate locally sourced recipes, and more. The festival will include a children’s activity area, hands on workshops, and a local beer and wine tasting event (additional cost for beer/wine/spirit tasting). (Open to the public).
Hours: 9AM-4PM
Cost: Adults, $5; Kids, $2; Children 10 and under are free.
