Do you own, did you inherit or do you manage over 40 acres of farmland? Would you like to be up-to-date on best practices for caring for your land and protecting your investment? If your answer is “yes,” please join us for a Women Caring for the Land conversation with other women who own or manage farmland.

Women Caring For the Land is an innovative program created by the Women, Food & Agriculture Network (WFAN) and facilitated in Minnesota by Renewing the Countryside.

Why Attend: Much has changed in terms of agriculture and how we think about and manage the land. Learn about new and upgraded conservation practices that not only improve and sustain the soil and other natural resources, but that positively impact your bottom line! Learn about working with renters or management companies, and how to incorporate conservation into your lease agreements. Meet women professionals from agriculture and conservation agencies who will share information and resources – and answer your questions.

Space is limited to 20 registrants! Please register below or call or email  Jan at 612-251-7304 or [email protected]g
